I also got the sob story about even one good would reduce the salesguy's income and his kids would starver etc etc blah blah blah, and yes this kind of BS does render the survey useless,which I told the sales guy who at that point threatened me with lousy service if I dared give him even one "good" rating. Personally I'd like to see BMW shake up their dealers but I understand the dynamic, they are afraid of the dealers......
