From having an experience working at car dealerships it's either excellent or nothing. It's kinda like figure skating...when they rank the skaters performance they use from 9 - 10....they never seem to use 1 through 8. Honestly, they really get slammed if they don't get all excellents. If you truly feel uncomfortable giving excellents, call the dealership and tell them why and they will try to rectify the problem ASAP because it's in their own interest.

Car people aren't all bad ya know. Everyone's gotta make a profit!
