I'd just put in the best gas you can find and drive gently. If you octane is low the knock sensors will retard timing and you should be fine.

There is always a slight chance of the octane booster not being compatible with your cat. or O2 sensors and they tend to leave deposits on your plugs. I was trying them in my supercharged car with mixed results.
