Cape May Ferry Cruise Information! (archive)

For those which are able to attend, we are happy to finally give you information on The CAPE MAY FERRY cruise. We leave Marlton New Jersey at 9:30 and then we cruise down to Sea Ilse City for a picnic lunch and socializing. Vert and Sue Jones have graciously offered
their shore house for this. It is only a block off the beach if you would like to get some sun or just walk on the beach. Bicycles are also available or bring your roller blades to use on the promenade. We'll stay there for about 3 hours depending on when we arrive and a "POSSIBLE" exciting picture opportunity. Then it's off to cruise Ocean Drive to Cape May and around the famous Cape May Lighthouse. For the grand finale we head to the Cape May Ferry to cruise(literally) across the Delaware Bay. After we disembark we head to dinner (details later on this).

Now that you want to go, here is what you have to do. You have to call the Cape May ferry at 800.643.3779 and reserve a space on the 5PM ferry for May 20. We were not able to reserve a block so call ASAP because they only accept 50 reservations per crossing and we want to make sure we all can get on. The cost of the ferry is $20.00 per car and driver, $6.50 for the passenger and a $5.00 service charge. All but the $5.00 is refundable if you have to cancel.
