Thanks for the reply. So what, basically is done to the Supra Twinturbo's, 3.0L engine to make it eat the Viper's 8.0L for lunch? Obviously, the turbo, but what else?

So, the 3.0L Supra engine's explosion in the cylinder is pretty kickin, right? As compared to the Viper.

It seems to me, from a layman's point of view, that the construction and the durability of the engine block has to be to a much higher standard in Japanese/Euro cars (in general) than American "hotrods," in order to gain that kind of power. Am I going a little too far with that synopsis?
