Installed the racing dynamics = HMS strut brace last week needed to jack the car and file one hole because the strut tower bolts had spread a bit. other then that it looks good and has ample clearence between the engine and between the hood.

My Z3 2.8 has aftermarket springs and shocks plus a none standard alignment. On the streets the front rattled a bit less going over pot holes (we have loads of those up here in Toronto especially around the street car tracks). This is a good indication that the front has less flex with the strut brace.

I noticed no other differences. I also had a before and after on the track comparison. I also noticed no difference but the day with the strut brace on was wet and slippery so maybe because I had to drive very smoothly this was not a fair comparison.

Surprising myself but when I installed my roll bars I notice a noticable difference in rear suspension so a rear strut brace may help.
