A good dealership will sell you the car at sticker. I've had 4 Z3's since they came out. My first I got from VOB in Rockville and they are so busy they can't even stop to sell you a car!!

If you can get their attention, they will sell you one for at least $2000 over sticker. Knowing VOB you got a good deal, but there are a lot of dealers that won't take advantage of you.

Example: I helped a friend buy a '00 2.8 with every option in April--->
delivery last wednesday ---->
sticker $40142 and he's paying
on a BMW financial lease--->
$533/month for 36 month lease/10K per year
and $3200 due at delivery.
