You should be able to buy generic clips at a hardware store. Then, take the windscreen to a shoe repair place. Ask them to sew the clips on with a small strip of leather. Around here (Wisconsin) a lot of those places repair hockey equipment such as goalie's leg pads. Seems like the same process should work on your windscreen, for a lot cheaper than a new unit!
