G. as John and others have posted below...Decide what you want out of the car before you start modifying it....As I get more and more experience on the track and AutoX I am convinced these great cars are better stone cold stock, then I'll ever be as a driver...So spend some time with it and improve your driving skills by Auto Xing or attending a Safety School (most CCA Chapters will accept stock hoops for Safety Schools) then when you feel like you're Maxing the cars abilities, then make the Mods....Some times the Modifacations you make to the car cover up deficits in driving ability....So IMHO work on you first....Take Care, Tom: Saw a new imola red M Roadster at Advantage BMW Saturday morning that had about $5K worth of stuff added on- pretty remarkable. Am thinking I'll get the Dinan tower strut bar added as my first aftermarket purchase for my Y2K M roadster. Any reason not to, or should I look at something else first?
