I had this problem and I posted a fix a while back. I took out the seatbelt unit and put some oil in it. I have driven with that fix for a couple months now and it hasn't returned. I had taken it back to the dealer before but got a lame excuse that it is the plastic expanding/contracting to the temperature, WHATEVER!
