Help! Which to buy 2000 MZ3 or 2001 3.0L? (archive)

As the time approaches to buy a Z, I am now debating on whether to get the 2000 MZ3 or the 2001 3.0L Z3. The power should be about the same, but after adding options on the 3.0L, it's going to be suspiciously close to the MZ3 in price. Any help (pros/cons) would be appreciated.
