z-3 seats loose (archive)

When I brake moderately hard to a complete stop, as I
move backwards as the car stops, the seat also rocks.
This only occurs when the seat is raised a bit, if it
is adjusted all the way to the floor, no movement takes
place. Dealership said they all do this- I wonder. Anybody else have this problem ??? Don
