What you do next depends on what kind of file it is.

If it is an .exe file, then it is probably a self-unpacking file. Just put it in your Windows directory and then double-click it. Follow whatever prompts come up and you should be ok. You should end up with an .scr file in your Windows directory.

If it is an .scr file, then just make sure it resides in the Windows directory.

Once that is accomplished, right-click on a vacant area of your desktop, then choose propertied from the pop up menu. This will present the Display Properties dialog box. Click the Screen Saver tab and then choose the BMW screen saver. All of you screen savers should be listed in alphabetical order.
