Retro's foglamp assembly had a wire clip that when removed allowed the back cover to be removed. With the back cover off the bulb was able to be removed. Retro is a 2k 2.3 and the lamp is slightly different but it still should be the similar to yours.

: I replaced my cracked fog light yesterday and used the entire $100 assembly. I couldn't see a way to replace just the bulb.
