It just happened to me too.
I had the keyless entry installed about a week ago, and it just occurred once. After I opened the doors by inserting the key, it seemed to be working fine. I thought that it might have occurred because I had locked and unlocked the glove compartment.

: Once in a while, my BMW keyless entry wont open the doors or truck. It will chirp but the doors stay locked. This has happened twice (a couple months apart) and had to manually unlock the door with my key.
