When looking at the plus side of the TT, don't forget that it is crap at going around corners - not a huge problem in the US with your excellent straight roads, but a huge issue in Europe where most of our roads have bends in them. Tittys as they are known in the UK have killed a number of new owners in Germany who assumed the car could go around corners. Audi are just a bit scared that they will kill an American and they will be faced with the sort of marketing and legal disaster they had 15 (?) years ago with their automatic gear boxes.

Lets face it, only someone who knows nothing about cars will buy a TT and then only because they like the weird looks.
