I decided to go with a powered Bazooka inside the cabin for 2 reasons -

1) The trunk seems too tightly sealed to get sound to travel into the cabin area

2) Should I decide to sell (and upgrade) my Z3, it's easily removable.

The results? Great. I've got the HK amp, MB Quarts in kick panels, and no rear speakers. Huge improvement on bass.

The install was fairly simple, removing the rear storage compartment was somewhat time consuming.

Do you lose space in the cockpit? I put mine right in front of the drivers seat (you could do the same with passenger seat), tight snug fit. My calves rest lightly on top of Bazooka.

If you want more info email me . I'm going to try and get some pictures up soon.
