Having problems with Speed Sensitive Volume (more) (archive)

Hey guys. My speed sensitive volume does not appear to be working anymore (neither CD nor Cassette). I did install an amplified Bazooka tube, but I swear that the SSV was working after the installation.

Any ideas? Also, how do I go about changing the level of the SSV?

All feedback greatly appreciated.
