If I remember their posts correctly, your dealer should be able to make the arrangements for you, and I think the posts said that the dealer makes the same $$$ either way, so no loss to them.

A warning, make your arrangements well ahead of time; some have lost out by waiting too far into the process. Once shipping arrangements are made, it sounds like it is too late to change them.

Others may have more specific information.
