This can't be very good for your blood pressure. I think a bit of moderation is called for.
Ya can't order one...no matter what it is/isn't going to be...so now's the time for the deep breath.
We've gotten as definitive information from Fred Meloan as anyone is going to get right now...and searching for someone to tell you what you want to hear just won't change anything.
What do we know? We think we know that ///M Roadsters are out of production now, and new MY cars won't start being produced until January (maybe February) of NEXT year. We know that BMW has said that the '01 ///M Roadster WILL have the Euro engine. We also know that there have been engineering 'difficulties' fitting the engine to the car. That COULD mean a production delay, but no one (that I have seen anyway) has said that is going to happen.
So you are just going to have to wait, and read the mags, and read the MB and watch Speedvision...and eventually you will find the answer you seek...but for now -- please -- take it a bit easy on yourself.
