Accolades for Cain BMW: Over and Above Service (archive)

On Saturday afternoon, I had a bearing fail in my water pump, damaging the fan clutch, fan belt and a/c belt. May you never hear the noise that makes! The odometer on my 97 2.8 read 50,311 and Roadside Assistance informed me that repairs would be at my expense. RA arranged to trailer the car to the nearest dealer which was Cain BMW in Canton, OH.

Without even so much as a prompt from me, the service manager arranged to cover all the repairs under warranty! Adding to my delight, Cain BMW washed the car, including the wheels, before I picked it up.

This is impressive service, especially since I never had any prior dealings with them. Thank you to all who contributed to this happy ending.
