I initially had my Z3 serviced at Fairfax when I moved back to the States from Germany. They were Ok but never really seemed to try to "win" my business - I always felt like just another customer. Several times I went into the new car showroom at Fairfax and was completely ignored.

Heishman, on the other hand, has been great. I'm waiting for delivery of a new 323Ci from them and will get all my service work done there from now on.

I have just moved to Northern Virginia and would like a recommendation for a dealership to go to for service. Any help would be appreciated.
