if it WERE true, you'd see it. Of course, you have no idea what mods are on this particular car, and you're presuming that the speed is linear.

Besides, Ever hear of a little thing called DRAG? It would appear to me that the car just won't go any faster because of it. Kinda like hittin' a wall.
