Stranded in Stockton, CA AUGH To Hell with United (archive)

Everything was set for me to get home and read and post about Emmy's trip to Hollywood and Malibu, when I arrived at SFO today to find my flight (and 49 others) CANCELED.

My pal had just dropped me off and forgot to trun her cell on, so while she drove the hour and a half back to Stockton, I sampled northern California's public transportation system.

Turns out that the United pilots are trying to get more $$$ from United so they are not showing up to fly the planes.

So much for the owner-employees.

My pal's computer is a bear so I am sorry, they long (and i mean LONG) story of the INCREDIBLE Malibu Boxster Run, complete with stolen pics from the posts you have already read (I can't read them on this puter :( )and my humble shots will have to wait until Wednesday, as I can't get home until 2am Wednesday on CONTINENTAL.

Damn.

(My advice: always pack extra underwear )

Meanwhile, there is a certain cave I have been trying to visit, but the denizens are unavailable....
