Very happy with BMW & Claridges BMW. (archive)

Make the story short. I posted a message about my top 2 months ago and got BMW's attention (they did read messages on this board, so if you aren't happy about something, post it here). The service rep. sent me an email and had me give her a call. I told her about the problem with my torn soft top. She contact Claridges of Fremon/CA. and I setup a appoinment took my car there yesterday. They replaced the top with a new one in one day!! I'm very impressed with the service. But now a minor problem, the new top is SO tight that I couldn't even close it myself! A question for those who had their top replaced. Should I take it back to the dealer and have them adjust it or I just adjust the screw hook (might be just (unscrew) extent out a little) myself?
After it is close, just leave it for a few weeks without open the top to let the fabric has a chance to stretch out.
What do you think? Thanks for any advice.
