Had the tank sensor replaced 3 months ago under waranty. Now same thing is happening. Fuel gage bounces from full to empty. I don't overfill !!
Car is 96' Z3 -- only 3,500 miles. But now out of warranty by 1 mo. Should dealer replace again at no charge ?? What is the deal on this fuel gage problem ?? It drives my wife nuts !!

All known fixes (except JoeZaf's!)...
including Mike G's fuse trick
