Don't know how you originally installed the organizer. I lightly sanded the areas where the tape will hit and then cleaned with denatured alcohol. Mine hasn't given any hint of coming loose. Use automotive grade 3M double sided tape. Leave trunk open for as long as you can (block light switch) and try to let tape setup without any weight in organizer for a few days. Hope this works.
