Would anyone happen to have a copy of the article that Steve Borsse wrote about getting dealers to warranty top replacement which also included information from the convertible top manufacturer?

My top is starting to come apart & I would appreciate being able to bring some written information to show my dealer.

Have tried checking the archives, & just can't find it.
