Fuse Keeps blowing?? (archive)

I have a '00 2.8 but the fuse for the turn signals/hazard flasher keeps blowing. The after market Ungo alarm also hooks into that circuit but the fuse only blows when using the turn signals.

A replacement fuse lasts about a day and then WHAMMO!! it's blown.

Anybody have a similar broblem??
Is BMW going to give me a hard time because of the aftermarket UNGO?

Should I bother taking the dash apart to disconnect the UNGO and see if it still happens or is averybody convinced that it's not the alarm since only using the turn signal blows it(haven't used the alarm in weeks)??
