I had State 1 added on Sat. at Bimmerfest. I cannot believe the pep the 1.9 has now. I will now go with the Cold air intake and move up to stage 2. They will not charge me for Stage 2 upgrade. I highly recommend this upgrade. Total cost $300 and worth every penny of it.
