When I first order the storage system, or the "pockets", I got a really bad one--the pockets were all crooked. So I sent it back and exchanged for a new one. Upon recieving the second "pockets", I inspected it thoroughly and noticed the flaws in the seams. I didn't want to return it again, so I fix (sew) the flaws myself. Took me almost an hour because I have to punch new holes in the hard plastic backing, which was pretty thick and hard. But I'm glad I was able to fix the problem before I stuck the "pockets" to my trunk.

I am quite surprised at how poor the qualities of these BMW accessories are. At first, I thought it was made in some third world nation, but the tag said "Made in USA". Now days, I find things made in third world countries having better quality than things that were made in USA.....what gives? Incidentally, I have the leather BMW key pouch, it was made in Germany, very well made and good material, but it was $45.
