Purely personal preference I think, but here's why I ended up getting the analog clock.

I ordered my 3.0 about a month ago. I originally ordered it with the computer because I like Gizmo's too. But when I really sat down to look at what the computer did for me, I decided it wasn't all that much so I called my dealer back the next day and changed it to the analog clock. To me the only really cool thing the computer did was tell me about the outside temperature.

Of course I may find myself on a long drive on wet winter day, wishing I had the computer to tell me that the road could be freezing up.

Definitely going to order a Z3 3.0 in a couple months. :0)
Going over the options list, I got stuck on the Clock or
On board computer. Did anyone get the OBC? Is it worth the extra cost? The clock is probably classier but I like gizmos too! I had the OBC in my '86 325es and liked it.
