The noise is coming from near or inside
middle vent area. The funny thing is only when
I steer left that the rattling noise comes.
Not sure if it relates to power steering.

It seems to occur during hot weather and
continuously, not just when car starts.

My 96 is giving me rattling noise near
or inside the middle ventilation when
air is on and only when I steer LEFT.
The higher the fan, the louder the noise.

Anyone has or know of such problem,
please help.
