This came up earlier in the week and a customer sent me the following:

Jon--You might try Car Care Specialties (.carcareonline.com). Their Wurth silver gloss wheel spray paint, number 11322 is characterized as "a fast drying lacquer that matches the Porsche, BMW, Mercedes and most other European OEM silver wheel color".

Might be a spray, not a touch up stick. Hope this helps someone.
