I agree that for some 'true' roadster enthusiasts, the modern versions have too much extra stuff...too many modern features.

Personally I don't mind power windows...or windows at all. Same goes for the other amenities, as long as they don't make the driving more difficult.

But ABS? For those who know how to use it, it seems like a great feature. But to each his own, naturally. The question for me is: HOW DO YOU TURN OF ABS?

I have never found a switch, on either of my cars, to shut off the anti-lock brakes. I wouldn't do that anyway, but can you tell me how it would be done?
