I wish I had known you were going to do a new floor. There is a product that can be used on newconcrete that is amazing, but I don't think will work now. The system is called Green Seal Steel Coating. To do it now, you should high pressure spray the crap off the floor and go with a self leveling sealer product. Any commercial painter in your area will know. This stuff is used on airplane hangers if the Green Seal system can't be used. Will be glad to help as much as possible. My partner has a commercial painting company, but is currently in route back home from Minn. and won't be here till tomorrow.
