Sorry 'bout all the wasted work. My old garage floor has some kinda coating on it that (mostly) hasn't come up in nearly half a century, but it looks bad 'cause it's developed a few cracks and quite a few scratches over the years. You've convinced me that maybe I should just go out and buy one of those big rubber/vinyl mats that cover a garage floor like wall-to-wall carpet and can be laid in no time compared to what you went thru all for naught. I suppose you simply throw it away and get a new one in a few years when it wears out. Anybody who has used that type of covering have any comments?
