Shawn, I hate to bear bad news but as a builder of high dollar houses, twice I was asked to paint garage floors and twice I had problems. It burned me bad both times although my painter took most of the hit.

I can't remember which brand of two part epoxy we used, that was about 10 years ago.

Second applications in the bad spots lasted longer.

Also, there is a factory rep for that paint out there somewhere. I don't know what good it will do but my painter was able to recover the cost of the paint but not his (extensive) labor.
