Like many of us, I have had a few nagging problems with my 99MZ3. Took it into BMW of San Diego on Wed, and it was ready this morning. Fast, efficient, courteous and knowledgable people. Everything done to my satisfaction from rear window to door guides to new subwoofer and more. They "cannot" solve my complaint about the strangling/jammed seatbelts - one repair already - and I will take this up with BMWNA as I don't believe they are safe (or comfortable). A great job on the whole by a dealership whose service department certainly seems, in this case at least, to care about customer satisfaction. And I didn't buy my car there... .
