Fogging is a condensation problem brought on by warmer moist air contacting a cooler surface. The greater the difference in temperature the greater the condensation (fogging) problem. The prior comments are correct to use a/c. Try turning on the a/c with the heat exchange dial turned to the warm side. This coupled with the winshield vent (defrost) should do the trick in mere seconds.
