Has anyone experienced this? Twice now in
the last week, my gas gauge has gone from Full or ¾ to empty ( w/ orange warning
light) and back. It happened some weeks ago too, but dismissed it as it seemed
ok or so I though. I suspect the sending unit is about to go. Has anyone had
similar problems and/or your suggestions please? 97 Arctic Silver/red-blk/Blk
still under warrantee until 1/01.

Thanks
in advance for your help,

Bob

The dealers solution to this is to replace fuel sending unit. They do this by cutting a hole in the carpet behind the passenger seat. Be Careful which your choices. I would try the fuse.
