It's at one of the parking lots at Everett Boeing field. If you take I-5, go on the SR-526 West exit, then take the Tourist Info exit, which is right after you pass all the plane hangars. The date is Oct 15, but I'm not sure which group will run in the morning and which group will run in the afternoon. However, if you're just running as novice, you can run either group.
