my father was at Braman BMW in West Palm Beach, and they informed him there would be no 2001 M roadster, but a 2001 M coupe? Anyone have any corroborating information? I don't believe that since on the BMW site, it talks about looking soon for information about the 2001 M roadster.

both start production in January/February with the E46 M3 engine. They both will be introduced at the LA Auto show in January.
