I take your comment to mean that it is illegal in all 50 states in the US. I'd be interested in knowing what statute makes it against the law to add an HID kit anywhere in the country? Can you cite a reference for this?

I'm not trying to get on your case here; I've been thinking about upgrading my lights at some point (once you can get both the bulbs AND the optics for a 2000 ///M Roadster). But it makes no sense to add something that will attract more unwanted attention.


From what i read is, light dispersion and direction but then again i maybe wrong
