You need some good photo editing software... the best of course, is Adobe PhotoShop, but two other ones I really like are Paint Shop Pro and LView Pro.

Paint Shop Pro you can try out from JASC and LView pro is available at Lview.com. Both are Shareware and will expire but will do what you need to do now.
