Only you can decide if you should do it or not.

Check the link below for some performance info. Fuel economy drops a mpg or two. Noise is about the same. Reliability looks good so far. High octane gas is a requirement.

Yes, there instructions were very well done overall. The kit includes everything... even wire ties and locktite. All you need are the tools.
