Not according to the installation instructions on Circle's site.

I lifted the following from their site. The way I read it, they must be amber.

-U.S. FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD #108 (FMVSS 108) SPECIFICALLY STATES THAT ALL VEHICLES SOLD IN THE UNITED STATES MUST HAVE FRONT DIRECTIONAL SIGNALS / RUNNING LIGHTS THAT EMIT AMBER COLORED LIGHT AND HAVE AN AMBER REFLECTOR VISABLE TO EACH SIDE NEAR THE FRONT OF THE VEHICLE.

-FURTHERMORE THE REAR DIRECTIONAL SIGNALS MUST EMIT EITHER RED OR AMBER COLORED LIGHT AND THERE MUST BE A RED REFLECTOR VISABLE TO EACH SIDE NEAR THE REAR OF THE VEHICLE.
