For starters the thing that you need to bear in mind is that the S-02 Pole Position is a tire that is built in Japan (by non union workers). In fact the initial design of the S-02 was in production before Bridgestone even had their merger with firestone. They have NOTHING to do with the truck tire fiasco, other than the power of assosiation :). As far as their quality, S-02 Pole's are what I personally consider the best tire you can put on our cars (or pretty much any other car for that matter). They are extremely good for not having problems as well. I sell them as the best tire that one could buy, and in turn, that's why I bought them for myself.
