as far as bass is concerned. I installed a pair of MB QM2213's and got significant distortion when I set the cross-over below 200 Hz. For me it's not an issue since I also have a 6.5" Bazooka tube.


Yesterday I went to a car audio dealer by my house and told him that I wanted to replace my foot well speakers with the Quart 5 ¼ “ speaker. Even though he sells Quart systems, he recommended a Kicker R5c midbass/midrange (goes down to 40 Hz) instead. He said that it has better bass than the Quart. Does anybody have experience with this speaker
