I window shopped at both for a while. I knew I wanted to buy something but couldn't decide what. I was treated professionally at the Seattle BMW every time I went there, and it felt like I went there twice a day for a month. I just couldn't decide. Too many cool cars. Anyway, I think that Seattle sales staff is lot more professional, absolutely no pressure. They never got impatient with me and all the questions and me wanting to drive almost everything they had. They are there ready to help but they leave you alone, same for the test drives. I definitely recommend Ron Tremell. I believe that he is the best sales man they have.

As far as the service goes, I can't say. My car is only 4 months old, I only went to them for a one small problem and to get Dinan strut brace. In other words I cannot recommend nor tell you not to go there. I guess when I am due for my service I will just have to find out.

One small thing that had me little dissatisfied with Seattle is that I called them to have a very basic inspection done on my car, requirement by the Spokane's BMWCCA chapter before the driving school, and they wanted 1 hour of labor which is about $90. I honestly did not believe that it would take more than 1/2 hour, so I am taking it elsewhere.

And yes, they are locally owned and support the BMWACA (soon to be BMWCCA) club.

Overall I give them a thumbs up on sales and still undecided on service.
